Living on the flats allows for a perfect starting point to ride your cruiser bike and paddleboard Okanagan Lake! Not to mention, just down the hill from World famous Summerhill organic winery.

The house itself has been updated and functions well for families or couples. The dinning room open up to a large fully fenced backyard perfect for the kids to play in.
