The spacious open living room/dining room/kitchen provides a great gathering place for the entire family. The private hot tub can be access from the master bedroom and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and much more including table settings for up to 8.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, an en-suite bathroom and access to the unit's private hot tub. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk bed (Queen sized bottom bunk, twin size top bunk) and television with windows overlooking the green way. Both rooms have closets and dressers with plenty of storage space. With the double pull out bed in the living room, the unit sleeps a total of 7 guests.
The open kitchen is equipped with an eating bar that seats three and the dining table has seating for 8 - both casual and formal meals can be accommodated. In the morning, enjoy your coffee on the couch and take in the outdoor view from the living room's windows. In the evening, after you've soaked in the hot tub, sit by the fireplace and reminisce about your day, play board or card games or watch a movie on the flat screen television.
Having a dry and warm place to get ready at the beginning of the day and come home to at the end, makes the day even better! The front entry features an in-suite equipment room with plenty of racks to securely store your skis/boards and outdoor gear. It also includes a boot/glove dryer, and bench seating.
The 2 minute walk to the east village connector, gives you access to both mountains via the Morrisey Express (Mt. Morrisey) & Orient Quad (Mt. Tod) chair lifts, the Nordic Ski center, the 16th green of the Sun Peaks golf course and the valley trail system. Walk to the village in 10 minutes via the valley trails. Best of all, come home for lunch! With ski in/ski out access from the East Village Ski Way its faster than stopping for lunch in the village.
