This 2 bedroom condo is ski-in/ski-out to the main lift area and just a few minutes to the Sun Peaks village core. It backs onto the Valley Trail and green belt, is very private and offers great views of Mt. Morrisey! It is second floor entry with 1 level and features a full kitchen, 2 full baths, 2TV/2DVD/VCR, wireless internet, gas fireplace and a 1 car garage (small vehicle only).
There is a ski loicker conveniently located in the hallway area. No washer/dryer, but coin operated laundry in centre building of complex. The dining room table seats 4 and the breakfast bar comes with 3 stools. It is 1100 sq ft. and can sleep a maximum of 6 people. No smoking. No pets.
