Description
Located on 3 acres overlooking Swan Lake, this 4 bedroom vacation home offers guests a quiet retreat just outside of Vernon. Enjoy the hot Okanagan summer days in the comfort of a private salt water pool and take in Vernon's many nearby attractions including waterslides, beaches, golfing and more all within minutes of this home.
Guests enter onto the main floor which offers a comfortable living area with lake view and lofted sitting area above. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and opens onto the dining room with seating for six. Two bedrooms are located on the main level with a set of bunk beds in each. The additional 4th bedroom, new for 2019, offers a size Queen bed.
The upper level houses the master bedroom which is furnished with a Queen size bed and includes a private ensuite with a bathtub and view of the valley. Outside guests will find the brand new salt water pool, installed in 2016. The pool deck is fully fenced making it ideal for families with small children. There is also a trampoline available for guests to use.
