Basement includes an 85-inch big screen TV and entrance to the hot tub. Walk right out to your own private beach and relax on the dock stretching out into Okanagan.

This is a true summer paradise with a private beach, dock, boat lift, sauna and hot tub. Grey Monk, Intrigue Wines, Arrow Leaf Cellars, Ex Nihilo, Block One, Blind Tiger and 50th Parallel Estate are a few of the vineyards a short drive away. The world class Predator Ridge Golf Resort is up the road. The Spion Kop hiking trails and the Okanagan Rail trail for biking are minutes away by car. In the winter it is a 55-minute drive to Silver Star Mountain for downhill or cross-country skiing (or world class-mountain biking and hiking in the summer). Or if you would rather stay home - we have a wood sauna so you can soak in the beauty of the lake and relax without leaving. We are also only 15 minutes to the Kelowna International Airport. It is 30 minutes to downtown Kelowna.

Conversely, in the winter the hot tub, sauna next to the lake and fireplace can keep you warm.

The nights will surely bring you back inside to grab a beverage and rustle up some dinner in the welcoming open plan contemporary designer kitchen.

Stroll around the local hiking trails (we will supply a map on request of our favorites) that can be accessed directly on foot from the house to take in the wildlife that frequent the area. From the deck or dock, be on the lookout for eagles, ospreys, and blue herons. Mountain bike areas and wine tours are a short drive away.
